Dr. Dorette Lewis-Senioris a Licensed Naturopathic Physician in the state of Connecticut for more than fourteen years; and has been a registered nurse for over twenty years. She has been working extensively in the field of Health & Wellness in various healthcare settings including hospitals, community clinics, Senior Living Communities, several schools and university.
She is an excellent speaker and is highly sought after for women’s retreats and various other conferences, workshops and corporate wellness events. She has an extensive background which extends from serving corporate executives to various clergy, women’s groups, as well as those who visit her private office.
Dr. Dorette host a weekly radio program called, ” The Wellness Hour & Radio University” which broadcasts Tuesday nights and Saturday evenings.
At present, she works full time at DRS 2 HEALTH alongside her husband, who is also a Naturopathic Doctor. Additionally she is an independent contractor at The Integrative Medicine Center located at 5520 ParkAve in Trumbull, Connecticut.

This entity awaits the offering of joint certification in various wellness programs with The Heart Trustof Jamaica, W.I.
Dr. Doretteis the founder of Healing Stream Ministry Incorporated (HSMI) which is a Connecticut based non-profit entity that aims to heal and empower women from the inside out. The ministry provides spiritual care, wellness education, and charitably supports disadvantaged women and children with the goal of helping them live healthier lives physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Dr. Dorette Lewis-Seniorholds a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from The University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine, and a Master of Science Degree in Acupuncture from The Acupuncture Institute at The University of Bridgeport and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing from the College of Mount Saint Vincent in Riverdale New York. Additionally Dr. Dorette is a certified Drug And Alcohol Detoxification Specialist, a certified Medical Thermographer and a Licensed Christian Minister.
Her Nursing Career and her Naturopathic expertise has given her a strong advantage in using both the Conventional as well as the Functional and Integrative systems of medicine. During her naturopathic training, she has successfully completed clinical rotations at the Yale-Griffin Integrative Medicine Center in Derby Connecticut, Greenwich Hospital, Connecticut, and Waterbury Hospital Connecticut.
She has had multiple media appearances and radio interviews. Her practice focuses on Family Wellness, Corporate Wellness, Wellness Retreats and Women’s Health. Her passion is for prevention. She uses safe natural techniques that produce excellent results. She stays abreast of current trends in healthcare and is willing to incorporate new discoveries to help her patients gain success.
